Once a guest has chosen your venue, you'll be notified by e-mail and will have 24 hours to respond to their enquiry. That's it! Just Venue will add the event to your calendar and then you'll be good to go! If you need any further correspondence with your guest, you'll be able to discuss the event with them directly through the Just Venue site.
We hope you won't need to, but if you decide to decline an enquiry, then the guest will receive an email notifying them of this as well. Just remember that if you repeatedly decline bookings that this might negatively affect your venue owner score.
